Two ways to connect

Connect your number
- 1Open Channels → WhatsApp.
- 2Choose Connect Number and follow the guided setup for the official WhatsApp Business API.
- 3Complete number verification and assign the agent that should answer this number.
- 4Send a test message to the number and confirm the reply lands in your inbox.
One number can route into multiple agents with separate inboxes — but a number must finish verification before it can send. If the status stays Disconnected or 'Last webhook: never', the setup did not complete; re-run the connect flow.
Message templates
To start conversations (not just reply), WhatsApp requires pre-approved templates. Create and submit them under Messages → Templates, then use them in broadcasts and follow-ups once Meta approves.
