• Business data: documents, website content, prompts, knowledge base, contacts, leads, campaigns, conversation history
• Third-party integrations: WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Google Sheets, CRM — authentication details, metadata, message events
• Technical: device, browser, IP address, session logs, analytics, error logs

We use information to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, run AI agents, connect channels, process messages, deliver analytics, provide support, detect abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations, and send service-related notices.

Training data in your workspace is used to power responses and automation. On connected channels, we process message content, sender details, and timestamps. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to upload content and process customer data.

• We share with connected platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) only for workflows you have enabled
