You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to upload content, process customer data, and use communication channels through our platform.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, messaging, AI model, payment, and customer support providers.

You should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, properly authorized, and suitable for processing through a business software platform like ours.

If you use BodhX AI to engage with end customers, you are responsible for your own notices, consents, disclosures, and internal policies relating to customer communications, marketing, and data handling.

Third-party services connected to BodhX AI are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for how those providers handle data once it is transmitted to or processed by their systems.
