Your first hour, step by step
- 1On the Dashboard, open the AI Agent Builder and describe your business — what you sell, your tone, and what the agent should do.
- 2Pick an agent type: Sales, Support, Lead-Gen, or Booking. BodhX writes the starting instructions for you.
- 3Add knowledge: crawl your website or upload a PDF / price list so the agent answers from your real content.
- 4Connect one channel — WhatsApp or the website widget — from Channels.
- 5Open the Playground and test 8–10 real questions before going live.
Test in the Playground first. If the agent gets a question wrong there, fix the instructions or knowledge before customers ever see it.
Know when you are ready
The agent builder (VIBE) diagnoses its own setup gaps — it will tell you if WhatsApp is not connected, the knowledge base is empty, no tools are live, or the first message is not set. Clear every warning before you connect a channel to real customers.
