Questions
How am I billed?
The first month's rent is taken from your BodhX credits when you rent the number, then the same amount every month. Calls are billed per connected minute from the same credits. You see both before you confirm.
What happens if I stop paying?
If a month's rent can't be taken, you have 7 days to top up. After that the number is released back to the carrier.
Is releasing a number permanent?
Yes. A released number goes back to the carrier and someone else can rent it. Detaching it from an agent keeps it on your account instead.
Can I use a number I already have?
Yes — connect a number on your own Twilio or Plivo account to any agent. We charge no rent for it; your carrier bills you as usual.
