By accessing or using BodhX AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

BodhX AI provides AI agents, knowledge organization, customer communication channels, workflows, and tools to monitor and manage conversations. Features may be subject to plan limits, usage caps, beta terms, and availability changes.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials, team access controls, and API tokens secure. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and promptly update it when it changes.

You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant BodhX AI limited rights to host, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis to upload content and process customer data through the platform.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses and automations before relying on them in customer communication or for legal, financial, healthcare, or other high-stakes decisions. BodhX AI is not a law firm, accounting firm, or emergency service provider.

Connected platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Google, and other integrations are governed by their own terms and policies. BodhX AI is not responsible for third-party downtime, account suspension, policy enforcement, or changes to external services.

• Paid plans, usage-based fees, and setup fees may apply as described at checkout or in your order
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• You are responsible for GST and other applicable taxes associated with your subscription or usage

You may not use BodhX AI for illegal activity, spam, impersonation, deceptive automations, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or any conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, fraud, security risk, or violations of these terms or platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding fees or contractual obligations.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as needed to perform under these terms or as otherwise permitted in writing.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodhX AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodhX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to BodhX AI in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written discussion.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by updating the effective date or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
