Send a campaign
- 1Make sure your message template is approved under Messages → Templates.
- 2Open Broadcast, choose your audience segment, and pick the template.
- 3Review the estimated cost — broadcasts are billed from a separate broadcast wallet.
- 4Send, then track delivery, replies, and failures per recipient.
Cost & compliance
- The broadcast wallet is separate from AI credits and is charged in paise, with no expiry.
- Only opted-in contacts should receive marketing messages. Respect DND and send within 9 AM – 9 PM.
High failure rates usually mean template rejection, unverified numbers, or an audience that never opted in. Check template status and audience quality before blaming delivery.
