VIBE is the conversational builder. Instead of filling forms, you tell it what to change — 'be more formal', 'always ask for the city first', 'offer the festive discount' — and it updates the agent's instructions for you.

What you control

• Instructions — the agent's role, rules, and personality.
• First message — the greeting a customer sees when they open a chat.
• Knowledge — what the agent reads from (see Train your agent).
• Tools — external actions the agent can take (see Tools & connectors).

Test before you ship

1. 1Make a change in VIBE.
2. 2Open the Playground and try the exact questions your customers ask.
3. 3Compare replies side-by-side, tweak, and repeat until it holds.
4. 4Only then connect or update a live channel.
