## What is a credit?
One credit ≈ one AI output message (one reply sent by an AI agent). Inbound messages from customers do not consume credits. Typical costs:
- A text reply to a WhatsApp message = 1 credit
- A reply with a knowledge-base lookup = 1 credit
- Tool calls (CRM save, API call) = 0 credits, free
